In this section of your personal account, you will find a list of all the
events for which you have purchased tickets. Let's take a closer look at the functions of this section...
The left column contains all the events that you have visited or want to visit (as separate modules).
In the right column is a section
for correspondence with the administrator exclusively about attending or not attending an event, as well as (below) a list of all the tickets you have purchased.
Here on this page, there are
two important function buttons that you can use for each event to:
1) Set the level of access to your profile by other event attendees;
2) Alert the website administration that you won't be able to attend the event. No other ways to notify the administration of a refusal to attend an event are reliable.
1) Please do not try to email us from the homepage regarding
these topics and/or others, too, if you have an account on our site. Here, we can easily identify who you are and be able to
respond to your requests more quickly.
If you have other subjects to discuss with us, please use the Correspondence with admin located at the right column of the profile page
MESSAGES.
Here, on the page MyEvents , we ask you to express your concerns regarding your inability to attend an event only.
The blue SPECIFY WHO CAN ACCESS TO MY PROFILE button sets the level of access to your profile. When you click on it, you will see 2
levels of access. Select one of them and click on the corresponding option. The selected access will be set automatically and the button will change its appearance.
The text on the button will correspond to the set access level.
You can change the access level at any time. To do this, press the CHANGE ACCESS button. The access will be automatically reset and the button will return to its original state.
To change access again, press the blue button to change the access level to the desired one.

2) If for one reason or another you want to refuse to participate in
the event for which you bought a ticket and which is in the list of
events on this page, click on the red button I CAN'T ATTENT IT.
After clicking on this button, several operations will be performed:
a) Automatically, the site admin will be sent a message about the refusal to attend the event.
b) The module with the event that you opted out of will reduce transparency, and you will see a message from the administration in
which you are asked to read the
CANCELLATION POLICY and wait for a message
from the administration. Messages from the admin may
appear within two days or earlier, and you will find them on the same
page on the right in the correspondence column.
In short, if you refuse to attend the event, the money will not be
returned to you.
However, the administration may, as a courtesy,
provide you with a promo code that will give you a discount on one of our future events of your choice.
You don't have to do anything for the discount to work. This will be automatically done by the program when you pay for the ticket.
If you have not yet found an event suitable for you in the schedule, then continue to follow the schedule.
Your promo code will be valid for one year from the time it is issued.
The earlier you inform about the impossibility to come to the event,
the more likely it is to receive a promotional code and the greater the amount of the possible discount.
Promo codes are not an obligation of
the administration, but a courtesy. No one can require a promo code.
Moreover, if the user cancels his visit not for the first time,
the administration has the right to refuse him participation in the site's
events.
If you have questions to the administration about the cancellation of the event attendance,
write questions to the administrator on this page in the section located at the top of the right module of the page.

correspondence with the admin on any topic.
In the bottom section of the right column, you will find all tickets you
have purchased for future events, which you can print or /and
download to your phone to present when you attend the event.
